Organisers of the Wesley teen disco deny there's a so-called drunk-tank at their event.
It follows reports at the weekend that a special room has been set up to deal with underage drinking.
The Old Wesley Rugby Club organises a booze-free disco for underage teens around twice a month.
But it was reported at the weekend that so many under-18s are drinking before or at the event, that a wet room had been set up.
It was claimed this was where intoxicated teens would wait while organisers called their parents, asking them to collect them.
However Old Wesley completely denies the reports of a drunk-tank, saying that occasionally they have to deal with kids who are under the influence.
Organisers also say the First Aid Room has been set up to deal with everything from asthma to blistered feet and its unfair to say all teenagers who attend the disco see it as an opportunity to drink.
