Malaysian police have said Nora Quoirin died as a result of an internal bleed.
At a press conference this morning, officials said the cause of the intestinal damage was thought to be prolonged hunger and stress.
It's believed she was alive for a week before she died in the Malaysian jungle.
Post Mortem Results
Officials said the results of a post mortem examination revealed she died just two or three days ago.
They said foul play is not suspected "for the time being".
15-year-old Nora, who had special needs, disappeared 10 days ago from the resort she was stating with her parents.
