A new traffic layout at Stephen's Green has been causing confusion for drivers.
The system, designed to work around the LUAS upgrade, caused huge delays this morning.
The new layout means traffic can turn right on the east side of Stephen's Green, onto Merrion Row.
It hasn't been a smooth transition though, with gridlock throughout the morning from the N11 all the way into the City Centre.
The Transport Minister said he believes the LUAS Cross-City works won't continue to affect Dublin traffic.
The Government has secured funding from the European Investment Bank to help complete the project.
