A new hotel is set to be built over Arnotts in Dublin,
It has been given planning permission from Dublin City Council.
It will be nine stories tall and have 245 bedrooms.
It will be a so called 'lean' luxury hotel - which means it will be smart with space
Fitzwilliam Real Estate will be behind its construction. Dublin City Council has given the plans the green light after concluding it will have a positive impact on the surrounding area.
145 car spaces in Arnotts will have to be removed to make way for the hotel.
