Motorists are being warned to lock their cars while driving in Dublin.
A woman was hijacked in Rathgar yesterday afternoon, the third hijacking in recent weeks.
A man jumped into the back of the womans car while at traffic light- with her two children in the backseats.
He ordered her to drive to her home, get her bank cards and take out cash at an ATM at the AIB in Rathgar.
He then ordered her to drive to Portobello where he ran away.
He's described as 5'9" with shaved dark hair, stubble and of medium build, he was wearing a dark wax type jacket and dark scarf.
Gardai are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
