AIB customers are currently unable to withdraw money using their visa debit cards from ATMs of OTHER banks.
It's the second time this issue has arisen in the last 24 hours.
The cards are still operating at AIB machines, at point of sale terminals and for online purchases.
The bank says it's working to repair the technical fault as soon as possible.
