The Transport Minister says he is "very worried" by the recent spate of carjackings in Dublin.

A man aged in his 20s was killed yesterday morning - in the most recent incident.

He was the passenger in a taxi which was hijacked before crashing a short time later near St James' Hospital.

Gardai are continuing to question a second man in his 20s - who's believed to have been driving the car.

Leo Varadkar says he will be discussing the rise in carjacking incidents with the Gardaí
