The Transport and Tourism Minister's hit out at Dublin City Council for its handling of the water crisis.
A third of the population remains on restricted pressure or without water every night due to problems at a reservoir in County Kildare.
It has still not been made clear what the problem is - other than that chemists have had to be brought in from the U-K to assist with the problem.
