McDonald's has announced that another eight of it's restaurants are reopening for Drive Thru today.
They include outlets in Donaghmede, Swords, Balbriggan and Dublin Airport in Dublin.
It follows a successful pilot in May which led to six outlets in Dublin initially being reopened. They saw large queues develop outside.
The eight McDonald’s Drive Thru restaurants opening today are;
- Donaghmede Shopping Centre, Co. Dublin
- Drogheda, The Waterfront, Co. Louth
- Dundalk Drive Thru, Dundalk Shopping Centre, Co. Louth
- Swords Drive Thru, Airside Retail Park, Co. Dublin
- Balbriggan Drive Thru, Millfield Shopping Centre, Co. Dublin
- Kilkenny Drive Thru, Hebron Road, Kilkenny
- Dublin Airport Drive Thru, Corballis Road, Dublin
- Carlow Drive Thru, Rathcrogue, Carlow
The restaurants will be operating with reduced hours, between 11am and 10pm. While measures have been taken to allow for social distancing and safety measures for staff.
More Drive Thrus will be back operating tomorrow and on Thursday.
