ESB crews are working to restore power to around 187-thousand customers after yesterdays storm.
A massive clean up is underway, after it brought down power lines, and uprooted trees.
It caused major delays at Heuston Station leaving commuters stranded for hours, and in Ashtown several residents from the Waterway apartments had to be evacuated after the roof was damaged.
Meanwhile, Brian Farrell of the Road Safety Authority says local authorities will be clearing fallen trees and debris, which may cause some delays:
