Residents of Sallynoggin in South Dublin are to stage a lunchtime protest today in a bid to keep their local bus service.
Following a public consultation Dublin Bus has planned to take the No 7 bus out of the area - leaving residents with no direct route to the city centre.
Protesters will meet at Rochestown Lodge at 1 o'clock and march through Sallynoggin to demand the retention of the service.
