A man is to appear before the Special Criminal Court following the discovery of a 30lb fertiliser bomb in Lucan in Co Dublin on Saturday night.
The man in his 50's was arrested on Sunday after an Army bomb disposal team dismantled the massive device in the early hours of Saturday morning.
A man is due to appear before the Special Criminal Court at 12:45 today.
