A man has been injured in a shooting in Tallaght.
The gun attack happened at around 6.20pm yesterday. Gardaí were called to an incident at Mac Uilliam Estate in Fortunestown Lane after reports of shots being fired at a house.
There they discovered a man in his 30s with apparent pellet wounds to his legs.
He was taken to Tallaght Hospital for treatment. However his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
No arrests have been made and Gardaí say their inquiries are ongoing.
