A 50-year-old man's due to appear in court tomorrow in connection with the death of a man in a hit-and-run in Whitehall.
An articulated tractor unit hit a pedestrian on the Swords Road on Thursday night.
The driver failed to stay at the scene, while the 21-year-old man was pronounced dead in Beaumont Hospital.
A tractor was later recovered.
The man who was arrested has been charged and will appear before Dublin District Court tomorrow.
