A man will appear in court this morning in connection with a fatal stabbing in Dublin's inner city on Wednesday night.
The victim who was in his 40s, is believed to have died after a row broke out inside a derelict building near the O2 arena.
His body of the 40-year-old victim was found at a disused pub used by squatters - on Dublin's North Wall Quay shortly after a quarter to 11 on Wednesday night.
A second man in his late 20s was also found at the scene, he was taken to the Mater Hospital but his injuries aren't said to be life-threatening.
The 36-year-old man who was arrested in connection with the death was questioned for several hours at Store Street Garda Station - before being charged late last night.
He's due to appear before a sitting of Dublin District Court at the Criminal Courts of Justice this morning.
