A man has died in an industrial accident at a factory in Kildare.
Gardaí were called to the scene on the old Dublin Road shortly before 10 o'clock yesterday morning.
A man in his 50s, who was working in the factory, was pronounced dead at the scene a short time later.
The local Coroner was notified and the man's body was removed to the mortuary at Naas Hospital.
The Health and Safety Authority has been notified. Gardaí say inquiries are ongoing.
