A man has died in a workplace accident in Finglas.
Gardai say they're investigating the incident on the Cappagh Road at 8.20pm last night.
The man in his 30s was pronounced dead at the scene.
His body has been taken to Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown for a post-mortem exam and a file will be prepared for the Coroner’s Court.
The Health Safety Authority has been notified, and gardai say the investigation is continuing.
A spokesperson or the HSA says: "The Health and Safety Authority is aware of this incident and the matter is currently under investigation. As such, no further details are available at this time."
