Gardai are investigating the death of a man in unexplained circumstances in Dublin.
Gardaí were alerted to this incident at a property in Ophaly Court in Dundrum at around 11 last night.
When they arrived, paramedics were at the scene treating the man for his injuries, but he was later prounced dead.
The body of the man, who was in his 50s, remains at the scene this morning, which has been sealed off for a technical exam.
Gardaí say the man died in unexplained circumstances.
It's understood it could have occured in tragic circumstances, but they are also not ruling out third party involvement.
They're asking anyone who may know what happened to contact them at Dundrum Garda Station.
