A man in his 50s has died after being crushed by a digger in Skerries, north Co. Dublin.
The incident happened at midday at a construction site on the Harbour Road when a member of the public was caught between a wall and a JCB.
He was taken to Beaumont Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Gardai and the Health and Safety Authority are investigating.
