A man arrested over the murder of Eddie Hutch 7 years ago, has been released without charge.
The man - aged in his 40s - was detained on Thursday.
He was being questioned at a Garda station in North Dublin, where he could have been held for up to a week.
Eddie Hutch was the brother of Gerry 'The Monk' Hutch.
The 59 year-old was shot dead at his home on Poplar Row, in Dublin, on the 8th February 2016.
The shooting took place three days after the murder of David Byrne, at a boxing weigh-in at the Regency Hotel.
