A man has been arrested in connection with a shooting incident in Co Louth.
A 35 year-old man was shot in the leg in the Moneymore estate in Drogheda at around 6 o'clock - he's being treated for non-life threatening injuries at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital.
A 19 year old man was detained yesterday evening and is being held for questioning at Drogheda Garda Station.
Investigating officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to contact them.
