The man accused of murdering Killiney woman Elaine O'Hara is due back in court today.
Graham Dwyer of Kerrymount Close Foxrock was arrested in October, over a year after the 36 year old went missing and one month after her skeletal remains were found in the Dublin Mountains.
Last month a court heard from a garda sergeant who said the investigation into her death had recorded over 300 statements and featured more than 800 exhibits.
In November the 41 year-old accused was denied bail by the High Court -
Today he's due back before Cloverhill District Court
