A man - in his forties - was arrested at the city centre parade yesterday, for public order offences.
Gardaí arrested the man at about 12pm.
He has since been charged, and is due to appear before court at a later date.
The Daily Mail reports a group of demonstrators were shouting homophobic and racist slurs, around the Capel Street area of the city.
The group of protestors had gathered outside the Four Courts, and marched toward Ormond Quay.
