A man in his 20s has died following a fall from a cliff in Co Cork.
Gardaí attended the scene of the incident in Garretstown, Kinsale, at around 11.30pm last night.
Local fire services and the Coast Guard were also called to the area.
A man, aged in his 20s, was recovered from the water by rescue divers at Garretstown.
He was pronounced dead at the scene and the coroner has been notified.
His body was removed to Cork University Hospital where a post mortem is due to take place.
Gardaí say their investigations are ongoing.
