There are fears for 400 jobs in Dublin after a major aviation company said it was considering shutting down.
Lufthansa Technik Airmotive Ireland says it's to discuss a possible closure with three trade unions.
Talks with the three unions are now underway at the company's plant in Rathcoole.
The company - which specialised in overhauling jet engines - says improved technology means there's less of a need for its services.
