A luas safety campaign is planned for later this month.
It comes as the red line saw 34 collisions last year compared with only 4 on the Green.
The Abbey Street and Jervis Street junction has been the location of 11 accidents involving cars and trams over the past decade.
The most recent was last week when Yao Webster died after being hit by a car in a crash with a tram.
The Benburb Street and Queen street junction is also identified as an accident location.
Luas operator Transdev says the red line has seen more incidents than the green line because its longer and passes through more junctions.
