Organised indoor events and mass gatherings can resume today, in a significant easing of Covid restrictions.
There will be 60% attendance if all adults are fully vaccinated or have recovered from the virus.
This includes conferences, trade fairs, exhibitions, bingo halls, cinemas and theatres.
Live music returns to bars and weddings, while all religious ceremonies can go ahead with 50% capacity.
The cap on organised outdoor events, such as sports matches, rises to 75% if all adults are immune to Covid.
Coach tours can also return today, with 75% capacity.
Government chief whip, Jack Chambers, says it's a "significant and important day".
"It's the 1st phase of moving from regulating the management of Covid to it being up to people having personal responsibility", he says.
