A limo driver was arrested in north Dublin last night after he was found to be driving under the influence of drugs.

Gardaí from the Dublin Castle Roads Policing Unit stopped the vehicle near Skerries because it was breaking the speed limit.

The driver then tested positive for cocaine and cannabis.

The motorist arrested and taken to a Garda station in north Dublin.

Gardaí are urging people to slowdown and say even small collisions can take away valuable HSE resources.
