A man arrested following a seizure of almost €250,000 worth of the drug ketamine in Dublin has been granted bail.
Adam Nasredin Musa, 28, of Marlborough Mews, Dublin 7 was arrested on Wednesday.
He appeared before Judge Bryan Smyth at Dublin District Court today.
He's charged with unlawful possession of ketamine and having it for the purpose of sale or supply at his home address yesterday.
Mr. Musa was granted legal aid and bail on condition he surrendered his passport, gave Gardai a phone number he can be reached on at any time and tell them if his address changes.
He was released on his bond of €500 and ordered to appear again in January for directions from the DPP.
Garda Gerard Dunne gave evidence of arrest and charge and said the accused “made no reply” when the offences were put to him.
