Enda Kenny says he's hopeful agreement can be reached on Budget 2014.
The Taoiseach was speaking outside Government Buildings ahead of this evening's cabinet meeting.
It's thought most of the measures have been agreed, although the highest spending departments, Health and Social Protection are still trying to keep the biggest possible allocations.
It was revealed yesterday that the budget is part of the process of exiting the bailout, which will happen on December 15th.
Mr. Kenny said despite there still being 'serious business' still up for discussion, he's confident a collective decision can be made:
