Katie Taylor will return home to a hero's welcome later today after winning her sixth consecutive European title yesterday.
The Olympic Gold medalist retained her lightweight division crown after beating French boxer Estelle Mossely in Bucharest.
She was the unanimous winner, with all three judges siding with the Bray woman in a 3-nil win on points.
Katie and the Irish squad are due to arrive into Dublin Airport at around 3 O'clock this afternoon.
