A book of evidence is due to be served today on a journalist charged with engaging in sexual acts with a child under the age of 17.
The man, who can't be named for legal reasons, was arrested two months ago following a lengthy Garda investigation.
The 50-year-old accused is facing a total of 50 charges dating as far back as March 15th 2007.
On that date, he's accused of sexually assaulting a female at the car park of a hotel at Dublin airport.
He's further charged with engaging in sexual acts with a child under the age of 17 on various dates in 2011.
Most of the charges relate to the sexual exploitation of a child by inviting, inducing or coercing her to engage in the production of pornography.
At a previous court appearance, the accused was granted bail and he's due to be served with a book of evidence today.
