Recently released convicted drug dealer John Gilligan has spoken out since the attempted attack on his life last weekend.
John Gilligan is still recovering in Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown after he was shot a number of times at his brother's house last Saturday.
The Daily Mirror reports this morning that he firmly believes the shooting was a mistake and he has no enemies in Dublin.
Gilligan is expected to be released from Hospital in a week.
