Joan Burton says if she becomes Labour Party leader she'll make rich people pay more tax.
It's the first campaign promise from the Social Protection Minister since she threw her hat in the ring yesterday.
But speaking in Maynooth this afternoon she said there won't be any increases in tax rates for anyone:
