Irish people travelling by plane to the UK won't have to go into a 14-day quarantine when they arrive.
The British Prime Minister has given people from the Republic and France an exemption to the self-isolating rules.
But according to the Irish Independent, the Irish government won't make a return gesture for people arriving by air from the UK.
Meanwhile Boris Johnson hopes to reopen shops and primary schools in England from the first of June, at the earliest.
Mr Johnson said the strict message of "stay at home" would be replaced with "stay alert" as he urged people to go back to work if they can.
The plan doesn't apply to Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.
The North's First Minister Arlene Foster says the six counties will hold to the more conservative advice.
