Gardaí in Cork investigating the death of a man who was found unconscious in the city on Thursday - say they're now treating the case as suspicious.
The 36-year-old man - who's originally from Dublin - was found collapsed on St Patrick's Quay shortly after 10 o'clock on Thursday night.
He was rushed to Cork University Hospital - where he underwent emergency surgery for a head injury before he died earlier today.
A full post mortem was carried out - but Gardaí won't release the details for operational reasons.
Investigating officers now say they're treating his death as suspicious - and believe he was involved in a fight before he was found.
They're asking for anyone who may have seen an altercation at the Patrick's Bridge end of Patrick's Quay to come forward.
