A Garda investigation is continuing into the death of an inmate in Cloverhill Prison.
Emergency services responded to an incident in the prison on Saturday. A man in his forties sustained injuries and was treated by emergency services.
He was pronounced dead a short time later.
A man in his 30s was arrested as part of the investigation. He has since been released without charge.
A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Investigations are ongoing.
