Reps for the Department of Finance and IBRC liquidators will face questions on selling of the former Irish Nationwide's mortgages.
They'll be grilled by an Oireachtas Committee over the the 13-thousand loans to auctioned off to a successful bidder.
The Finance Minister last week ruled out legislation to protect the 13 thousand affected mortgage holders.
Last night it was confirmed that whatever company takes over the mortgages, will have to sign up to the Central Bank's code of conduct on arrears.
Committee chairman Ciarán Lynch says that will be welcome news to the affected homeowners:
Meanwhile a protest will take place today against the sale of IBRC's residential loan book to unregulated third parties.
David Hall of the Irish Mortgage Holders Organisation is accusing them of doing too little too late to calm fears about the sale
