The Health and Safety Authority will carry out an examination today, into the circumstances surrounding the death of a teenager in Dublin.
At around 2pm yesterday, an ambulance and Dublin Fire Brigade were called to an equestrian centre at Tay Lane.
A 15 year old girl received serious injuries during a training exercise at the Rathcoole facility.
The teenager was brought to Crumlin's Children Hospital where she later passed away.
Gardaí say investigations are ongoing and a file is being prepared for the Coroners Court.
