A homeless man is almost 2 million euro richer after spending his last coins on a lottery ticket.
55 year old László Andraschek bought the ticket at a train station while on his way to an alcohol support group in Budapest.
His first priority after collecting his cheque was to repay debts to family members and buy flats for his 3 children and a car for them to share.
He is also planning a holiday to Italy with his wife.
Mr. Andraschek now wants to use the rest to help the homeless and has made a 'signifiant' donation to a hostel and wants to establish a foundation for others struggling with addiction.
