The weather, coupled with the High Tide at 12.33 have resulted in a number of roads being closed in Dublin.
Make sure to check your route before you travel.
The roads that were closed and have now reopened include Victoria Quay, Wolfe Tone Quay, City Quay, John Rogerson's Quay, Strand Road in Sandymount and the East Link Bridge.
Vico Road in Dalkey and Estuary Road in Malahide remain closed.
