Women across Dublin are being asked to donate old handbags to help others who are homeless.
Helping Handbags Dublin is a non-profit cause, that was set up by two friends.
For the last five years, Tiffany Mulroy and Niamh O'Hara have been asking women to dig out an old handbag, and part ways with it.
The idea is women all across the city fill old bags with feminine essentials like tampons, pants liners and shampoo.
They are also being asked to include clean socks, hats, scarves and other woollies to help keep those in need warm during the winter.
Each year so far, hundreds of bags have been donated to Helping Handbags Dublin.
They pass them on to homeless shelters and women's refuge centres, where they are given to those most in need.
This year, the cause is hoping to collect more than 600 handbags.
"As the demand unfortunately grows annually it is our goal to beat the previous years donations", a call-out read.
You can find out where to donate on the Helping Handbags Dublin Facebook page.
