Two guns and drugs have been discovered by gardaí in Dublin 15.
The search operation was carried out on wasteland in Corduff as part of ongoing investigations into organised criminal activity in the area.
Gardaí from DMR west seized two revolvers, that had been wrapped in plastic.
A large package of Diamorphine, or medical grade heroin, with an estimated street value of €30,000, was found along with the guns. Approximately €3,000 worth of cocaine was also discovered.
The drugs are subject to analysis by Forensic Science Ireland and the firearms will undergo a technical examination by the Ballistics Section of the Garda Technical Bureau.
