The man accused of the murder of Elaine O'Hara is to stand trial next year.
Graham Dwyer has to be sent forward for trial in April 2015.
The remains of child care worker Elaine O'Hara were found in the Dublin mountain in September last year having been missing for over a year.
41-year-old Graham Dwyer originally from Cork but with an address at Kerrymount Close in Foxrock is accused of killing the 37 year old on the 22nd of August 2012.
The married father of 2 was arrested at his home last October.
He's been in custody ever since having been denied bail at the High Court in November and also losing a supreme court challenge to that decision before Christmas.
The book of evidence in the case runs to 8 volumes.
The architect will go on trial for the murder on the 13th of April next year with the case expected to last 6 weeks.
