The government may look for enforcement powers to make sure the ban on mass gatherings applies to pubs and clubs.
Taoiseach Leo Varadkar tweeted this morning that they were taking advice on the matter.

New System For Testing
A new electronic system will be in place from tomorrow.
GPs can order testing for patients who need it more easily.
The HSE is asking people who have normal cold and flu like symptoms to self-isolate and to ring their GP tomorrow.
The public are to only call 112 or 999 for medical emergencies.
