The Taoiseach's confirmed that the coalition parties have reached an agreement on water charges.
The proposed deal will mean the standing charge is scrapped, while certain homes will be given a larger free allowance than others.
Average bills are expected to come in at around 240 euro a year.
Ministers will sign off on the agreement at this morning's cabinet meeting.
