Gardaí are looking to speak to anyone who may have seen a shot being fired near Connolly Station.
They're trying to trace the gunman, who they say appeared to be drunk while cycling a red mountain bike last week.
The suspect - wearing a light coloured hoody - fell at least twice after firing the gun, but no-one else was injured.
Officers want to hear from anyone who was in the Beaver Street area at around half ten on the night of Wednesday the 14th of May.
