Gardai are investigating the armed robbery in the city this afternoon.
It happened at around a quarter to one when two men armed with a handgun and crowbar threatened staff at the Permanent TSB on Upper Baggot Street.
They made off on foot with a sum of cash down Haddington Road before getting into a car at the junction with Percy Place.
One is is described as 5 foot 11 in height wearing a hi-visibility jacket with a black woolly hat and white painters mask, the second raider is described as 5 foot 9 inches and wearing a black builders jacket with grey florescent stripes, a black woolly hat with black scarf over his face.
