Gardai are continuing to investigate an aggravated burglary in the city.
Two men entered a house on the Old Cabra Road at around ten past three on Saturday morning.
Three adults and two young children were in the house at the time.
Cable ties were used to restrain two of the adults, who were also threatened with physical violence.
The raiders got away with a quantity of cash and nobody was injured in the incident.
Gardai are appealing for witnesses.
