Gardaí are appealing for the driver of a black Hyundai car to make contact.
There is concern for the health and welfare of the male driver of the car.
It's understood the car could be anywhere in Ireland.
It is a black Hyundai IX35 with registration number EX15PVF.
Members of the public are asked not to approach but to report any information by calling 999.
